Mathias Reindl

Mathias is founding Partner of Hansen Beck and Managing Director of Hansen Beck Singapore, covering Southeast Asia.

Seasoned in Business Development and Leadership & Development, he counts on three decades of international experience in the private and public sector.

Mathias proactively drives organisational and people development, and clients regularly praise him for their outstanding satisfaction and the prompt results they draw from his delivery of Hansen Beck programs. 

He is a visiting MBA lecturer in Strategic Planning, Change Management and Project Management.

Career experience

Mathias started his career at Siemens in talent management and business development across Europe and Asia in which he exceeded targets for budget, market share and project KPIs. He then transitioned into senior and management roles in business development and sales for several large and medium-sized international companies, selling successfully to stakeholders at senior and board level.

Marc Deschamps

Marc is Senior Consultant & Executive Coach and Trainer with Hansen Beck in Southeast Asia.

Based out of Bangkok, he has more than 35 years of experience in businesses around the world covering functional leadership roles, of which 20 years living and working in Asia.

Marc speaks multiple languages. Strong team spirit and identity have always been a passion for Marc and a fundamental factor for his and his teams’ success.

He is a highly motivational speaker and presenter with enviable optimism and a can-do attitude.

Career experience

Marc gained his extensive experience across all Asia Pacific markets in a diversity of multi-national and multi-functional senior leadership roles in global and regional corporations, namely Ciba-Geigy, Ciba Specialty Chemicals, Huntsman and Syngenta. Most notably, Marc served as CEO and Regional Managing Director of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients for eight years where he continuously delivered positive business results and set unprecedented standards for talent management.  

Marc believes that as businesses grow organically, through M&A or adjusting to changing market environments, organisational development is a cornerstone for any successful corporation and their leaders. Teams must be developed alongside as they drive all development initiatives moving from value to vision, strategy to implementation and evaluation of business success to further opportunities.

Anita, a Singaporean, is Hansen Beck’s Southeast Asia PCC Certified Transformational Coach and Industrial Organizational Psychologist.

She counts on over two decades of Commercial HR Business Partnership & Leadership expertise and consistently delivers cohesive, well-balanced and measurable business results.

Anita believes strongly in Employee Engagement being the core of a successful organisation and places high value and focus on building and nurturing High Performing Teams to accomplish organisational objectives and deliver successful outcomes.

Career experience

Anita is former Head of HR for Novus International Inc, Asia Pacific and experienced in industries as diverse as Animal Health & Nutrition, Education, Travel & Hospitality, Aquaculture and Agriculture.   

She is a seasoned and accomplished Human Resource Director and Business Partner working with the C-suite and business leaders. Cultivating impactful partnerships with internal and external business stakeholders, she consistently delivers a cohesive, well-balanced, robust team accomplishing measurable business results.
