Samy Daenzer is Managing Director & Business Trainer for Hansen Beck in Canada, and a founding partner of Hansen Beck globally.
A dual Canadian/Swiss citizen based in Montreal, Canada, he successfully integrates his international experiences and perspectives within a localized context. Samy has been supporting clients in Canada and U.S. as a certified sales, leadership, and management trainer since 2015. He strives to enable people to become their best version of themselves.
Career experience
Beginning his rising career in international supply chain management and procurement, Samy led his way into the human capital management consulting industry. With over 10 years of consulting experience, Samy continues to walk the talk by successfully applying Hansen Beck’s world-class methodologies in his daily capacities as a people leader, manager, and sales executive.
Over the years, Samy has occupied a variety of executive positions. He’s been tasked to successfully lead enterprise sales activities from the ground up, by managing and building marketing programs, and closing multi-million dollar business deals inside 12–18 month sales cycles. In parallel, he has applied his expertise to lead the design and technological implementations of fully outsourced workforce solutions. He’s worked with leading Canadian and American technological, industrial and financial companies.
Most recently, Samy assumed accountability for the management and delivery of a U.S. client portfolio of outsourced workforce management programs worth upwards of $150m in annual spend.
His true passion is to share the training room with highly diverse and qualified groups of individuals to jointly sharpen skills, mindset, and influence. He coaches with proficiency in English, French and German.

Rudy Daenzer is a decorated behavioral change enablement trainer with over 40 years of leadership, management and sales experience as a practitioner and coach. He is Business Trainer & Coach for Hansen Beck Canada. Rudy’s positive influence over the Hansen Beck community of trainers cannot be understated.
A dual Canadian/Swiss citizen based in Montreal, Canada, Rudy established himself in Canada in 1993, building a large network of trusted clients and executive confidants. Rudy currently splits his time in-between training with his passion for golf, family and the fresh swiss alpine air.
Career experience
Following a successful career as a sales leader and manager in his native Switzerland, Rudy began his career as a management trainer and coach in 1987 with the internationally renowned swiss training company, Gustav Kaeser Training. He was exposed to some of Switzerland’s top companies and quickly established himself as a leading trainer.
In 1993, Rudy took on the opportunity to establish himself in Canada and North America under the Gustav Kaeser banner. Over the years, Rudy has successfully enabled thousands of people to positively change and develop new skills thanks to his unique training style. His list of clientele include Kuehne+Nagel Canada, Hoerbiger Corporation USA and Viessmann Manufacturing Canada & USA.
In more recent years, Rudy has transitioned to take on more complex training mandates, requiring deep industry knowledge and organizational understanding. He is highly sought after to mediate workshops for executives or provide individual coaching at the CXO level. His coaching and training specialities include:
