Meet your local trainer and coach

Sheila Walthoe

Sheila Walthoe is a founding partner of Hansen Beck and the Director and Business Coach serving Australia and New Zealand. Throughout Sheila’s 25 years’ of sales and marketing leadership experience, she successfully built brands and coached people for global businesses including Nestle, ICI and Electrolux. She also holds a degree in International Marketing & German from The University of Greenwich, UK and is bilingual.

Sheila delights in imparting her depth of knowledge and expertise to ignite the growth of individuals, teams and organisations, all with her signature flair.

She is based in Sydney, Australia.

Career experience

Sheila’s extensive experience coaching and advising companies across Europe, US and Asia Pacific has exposed her to the challenges of a wide range of B2B and B2C clients, from solo entrepreneurs and family businesses, through to blue chip companies and top executives. Her dynamic career informed her tested techniques for effectively developing people—a unique blend of proven conceptual frameworks and the first-hand experience she amassed over two decades.

Sheila’s love of coaching began when she started her sales and business development career in Europe and transitioned into a leadership role at an early age. Embracing change and newfound challenges, she discovered a passion for marketing and natural talent for building connections between businesses and their customers.

Fast forward to today, Sheila is praised as a highly engaging, empathetic coach who instils her expert knowledge and personal insights to inspire, empower and enable the growth of individuals and businesses.

Beyond her time spent developing people or consulting on marketing projects, Sheila enjoys getting out and about in nature with her camera, whipping up a storm in the kitchen and planning her next adventure with her soulmate Doug.
